it should be possible. especially if you had a large chunk of ek/kalimdor done before the shattering. i got the 1k quest achieve on my warrior when i was like 74 and i skipped sooo much. for example im about 30 quests shy of the achieve for tundra and 10 for dragonblight (so fuckin gay the final part of the wrathgate chain was disabled btw), and never touched the fjord. i also slacked ass in BC and have none of the achieves for finishing the BC zones. on top of that i never traditionally level in kalimdor so i have all those, plus reloaded from shattering, for the ones i did, i and would have a decent amount left of ek too but that was reset as well so i have even more available. im guessing if i went and tried on my warrior i could hit itwith all the open quests, especially factoring in dungeon and holiday if they count...but im too damn lazy
