The perfect dps warrior?

i've been taking a look at what would be best for a warrior, and this is what i came up with, yes i realize that bloodied arcanite reaper may be better to get, or even runic darkblade, but right now both of those are out of my range on what i can get.

looking forward to some constructive feedback on this build, let me know if you think something could be changed to make it better.

Why not get the speed increase on the boots as that would be more helpful, in my opinion, unless I am missing a reason that I don't know about?

Also, say I made a Human Warrior. Instead of the PvP trinket, should I get another AGM or is there another trinket that would be more useful since I already have the an AGM?

i use the +7 stam currently and find it more helpful then the minor speed, as it says, minor speed, it doesnt do alot, and when your fighting midfield it doesnt help them a whole lot :p

and as far as i know other then some BoA haste trinket, AGM and Insignia are the only trinkets available to a 19, so you could stack the stamina from the AGMs or play it safe and get the Insignia just incase you get caught FCing.

Get the Insignia although Humans have Every Man For Himself?

Also, what about hit rating?

Sorry, I'm still sort of noob to this still.

well, if you're after hiting rating, grab spidersilk drape and deviate scale belt, that will put you at like i think 7 hit rating? and there is a lvl 17 ring out there that gives +4 hit as well. Simple Pearl Ring - Thottbot: World of Warcraft

How big a difference does it make at 19?

Also, if it does make a big difference than the ring might be a good idea considering I can't get Seal of Sylvannas. :p

you cant get seal of sylvannas, but you can get seal of wrynn, and i personally thought it did ALOT for a slow weapon, but if your planning on stacking haste, not so much.

I attempted to put together a DPS gearset myself, my armory should show my results: BloodSurge

As far as I know I'm logged out in DPS gear. Self buffed I hit 300 attack power, 28.3% crit and I think 4 hit rating. With these stats I still maintain over 1400 hp with rum. Not tried playing with a drape yet so I don't know how much of a dps increase the extra hit rating would net, and I've tried to get a decent balance between crit and attack power rather than stacking one of them. It seems to work pretty well for me.

Its no question here that this is generic warrior gear.

You are missing hit, which warriors desperately need.

Regardless of the numbers minor speed is always better than +7 stam, it makes and breaks games.

+Spider Silk/3 agi

+Deviate Scale

+minor speed to boots.

PS - Fighting in mid is bad.

Love, Nzxer. Looking forward to playing you in stormstrike.

Well i am an orc, which provides +5 Expertise rating? Should that not help a bit? If not I can swap Sentry Cloak for the drape and put deviate scale back in. and as far as mid goes, sometimes i dont have a choice with all the hunters about, iits either run and die or stay and fight.

plus 29 is were i actualy attempt at the obj part :p

its a good set although i think you could have gone for more AP, as warriors would prefer it over agility, crit % is great and all, but pushing 30% i dont think is really needed, because if you convert all the agility to strength, your hitting for what your crits were :p

Hit helps.

You will never miss.

To me this looks like a close to perfect dps warrior. The only thing that maybe i would change is Deviate Scale Belt into Cobrahn's Grasp and Prolly get sader on the BAR.

hmm, wouldn't the fang chest be better than defias?

it may be for AP strength, but then i'd end up losing some stamina, although i think i have enough :p

i think cobrahn's grasp is what i have up on there, and it should be deviate scale for the hit as it says below.

i switched out to cobrahns grasp for a while and now i see what your saying :D

LULIMALION said:
Hit and expertise do not stack, one affects actually hitting the target and the other nullifies the targets chance to dodge/parry

thank you for clarifying :)

Cobrahn's grasp is stuck in my inventory, switch between them depending on the game. Also have crusader on a 1h sword, easy enough to switch to reaper after it procs.
