If your class benefit from agility, then you need to put them on https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=5404/serpents-shoulders before next tuesday because it becomes BoP then. currently BOE as shown https://classic.wowhead.com/item=5404/serpents-shoulders

Their prices vary quite a bit depending on server and depending on the kind you want, (I have seen anywhere 500~5000g), but in general, gold is difficult to obtain on classic servers.

Please add any other useful information when you reply, such as which one is best for which class.

The lvl 60 enchant is only needed for the one who apply it to the items. The enchant can be applied to low level items then be traded to twinks
