It should be 30 days unless you faction xferred

If you have deleted it & can't find it - you can always open a ticket about it and get on with farming other stuff.

I have had many items returned by a GM that I couldn't find in the restoration menu.

I actually just tried to move my 20 to a F2P account and it came up saying "i have heirlooms please delete them and try again" has any1 come across this before? as im not using any heirlooms at all on my character, ive checked my bags and bank, nada =/

I don't think you can restore sold items? Only deleted ones.

u can restore deleted, vendored, disenchanted and scrapped gear.

funny bit.... i ran Maw of Souls 25 times+ yesterday no joke... literally ran it all dam day!.... Necklace didnt drop

1st run this morning, entire group end up dying on Helya, i solo boss to finish, and BOOM thanks for the Necklace!
