I concur, since the release of legion and the merge with xp-on, alliance levellers have been dominating bgs, AV in particular is like end game, where alliance win 99% of time.

Sad thing for me, I never see anyone I know anymore, just random levers `

Then you have not seen this from my heyday of WoW raiding. Mind you now most people did not have fancy video capture technology like we do now. But they did record their voicecomm. Especially if they had a "colorful" guild leader. Remember this was when we had 40 man raids. Ony was 40 man raid! Controlling 39 people was a tough job. Some of these people you had to spell things out for them to understand. And even then they still did not understand. We also did not have the addons we have now.
