The Best/Fastest way to gain guild rep for 70 twink?

Hey guys. does anyone knows whats the best or fastest way to gain guild rep for 70 twink? Im in a level 25 guild and Im thinking to get [Reins of the Dark Phoenix] and [Reins of the Kor'kron Annihilator]. One of my friend he did it by doing arenas. jw if its better if I do heorics with other 70s ?

Arenas. 70-80wins/week with 100% tabard gives you a cap. 4812 per week + 100% tabard ( bonus doesnt go into cap) + human racial + guildbonus. for a horde non-human its 9624 rep / week or 72 arenas * 135 rep. I think its not hard to do 10 wins per day

How about doing heorics with other 2 x guild twinks?

much lower. arena is just 5min fight + 2 min queue and gives alot more rep. and you will need 5 ppl for full rep or fast clear OR it will take 30-40 mins
