Thank you and a few questions.

Last week, I was levelling a warlock and I came across a level 11 warrior who was flying through TBC dungeons. I was in awe. I had so many questions for him at the time and he was kind enough to answer them. I told him that I was inspired and would make my own level 10 or 11 twink. I made myself a MW monk and it's been incredibly fun to gear up so far. Throughout the last 5 days, I've met a lot of level 10/11 twinks who were also gearing up. Everyone I've met has been super kind and friendly, so for that reason I'd like to say a big thank you to those of you I have met in game!

Throughout the last four or five days, I have found myself wondering a few things that perhaps you guys can help answer.

1) Are all ring enchants for 10s in Dragonflight ghost enchants? No matter what I add to my rings (ilvl 33), I can't seem to see an increase in stats.

2) In Dragonflight, how far can we progress our garrisons? Is it possible for us to have an auction house in our garrisons at level 10?

3) What is the interaction between the 10% boot speed enchant and the "speed" stat in game. Does the boot enchant negate the "speed" stat?

4) I don't see many people running it, but is the heirloom neck that sacrifices health for a speed boost the most efficient for quick clears?

A big thank you once again and have a great day!

I can only answer #3 -- the minor speed to boots enchant DOES stack with +speed. However, the enchants that give minor speed + stat DO NOT stack.
.. but don't take my word for it -- use the speed macro to check it your self:
Code:
/script print(string.format("Current speed: %d%%", GetUnitSpeed("player") / 7 * 100))

1) Accord of Versatility might be the one you're looking for?!

2) Rank 2 and no AH for lvl 10s (im not 100% sure on this)

3) Minor Speed to Boots stacks. The Boot Enchants like Cat's Swiftness do not. Any primary stat + speed boot enchant do not stack.

4) Mark of the Hidden Satyr is the enchant on the heirloom ppl are using, it procs damage and helps with speed of farming dungeons. Unsure if your guys epics can have that enchant on it.

With regards to speed, the minor speed to boot is an enchant dating back all the way to the original vanilla version of the game, and it gives a flat speed % value and does not consider or use the games newer tertiary stat called “speed”

Minor speed stacks with everything basically and is the most powerful speed enchant possible for twinks

It stacks well with the “gift of versatility (or other secondary)” cloak enchant. Plus you can put this enchant on a pair of boots that also has the speed tertiary and gain additional movement speed %.

For raw damage, it won't be best. But since things die so fast, speed becomes such a big deal for faster clears. So I'd wager the answer to this depends heavily on what it shares a CD with. If it shares a CD with the Nitro Boost belt tinker, then it's garbage, because Nitro Boost is much stronger and has a shorter CD. If it's a completely separate CD, then honestly I'd use it if I had it. It's not a huge speed loss to eat some primary stat by not using a WF neck.
