You can only get there with rocket jump / disengage / speedpot and most of the bracket dont use speedpot so no, it's not ok IMO.

you cleary havent played 19s enough have an opinion on the matter. The french alliance premade every bg rolling every OP class they can and accept "any good hunter" speed bot all the time. AND then have some scrub hunter use an exploit that requires you to use speed pots or sprint to get up that isnt really making horde think " i want to play in the bracket".
honestly if horde AFK'ed the same as alliance do when they see a losing game, in all fairness 19s wouldnt pop. So to save this bracket from falling apart completely we try and stub out this kind of behave as soon as we see it.
so please, next time you have an uneducated opinion keep it to yourself

In eu using speed pots is a bad thing, not sure how you US players go by. terrain useable by all class's and race's isnt an exploit.

Terrain jumps have been apart of lower level twinking since the day it was discovered. While some are more OP than others, IE: Getting on top of the horde tunnel where choke point is between roof/tunnel(this allows you to be out of LoS and untargetable) and others like the Log-area near horde FR.
There's simply nothing you can do, and it's not worth a thread. If you really wanted to take action against players who use terrain jump exploits, then group with some friends and have all of them(including yourself) report them to a GM for terrain exploits.
Other than that, there's nothing you can do.

Also, so if i read this right, because most people don't use something that is available to them in game (swiftness pot), that makes it not ok according to your opinion? How hard is it to buy a swiftness pot? How hard is it to farm them. Any randomer can get up there easily enough.
Anyway, although it may seem like it, im not condoning using this "terrain abuse". Things like this will just make the bracket even more toxic.
