TBC Dungeons not in LFG?

So i was wondering, some of the TBC dungeons that are not in the LFG for 10s have staves with 3 sockets, but higher level requirements. If i went in these manually would they scale to my level? Would i need chromie on or no, and would it be faster to just group with a high level in normal timeline and try to get the drop? Thank you.
 
if you are looking at magister's terrace dungeon. blizz did some clowning around on the dungeon even prior to the SL squish where it was removed from 70's to access thru LFD and after the squish made the gear require level 30, yet gear from raids still req level-27.

the whole isle of quel danas was accessible at level 65 when the FP auto unlocked, if you where alliance you could go to IF and would get ability to fly there, for horde oustide SM flight path would allow direct flight. years back, i know at 68+ you could que it direct thru LFD, or get run by high levels.

I don't understand half of that, but yes, i did want to go in that dungeon but they all show higher level than 10 on the gear. I would have thought it would scale down to my level if i was using chromie.
 
Not how chromie time works, use the link Hash provided at it'll let you you know which dungeons have a min level low enough for you to just walk into despite not being able to queue for

Unfortunately that link only shows where to go, and no level requirements.

If you look at the dungeon in the adventure journal, and holdover an item that drops in there, if it says ilvl 15 its req lvl 10, if it says ilvl 20 its req 15, if it says ilvl 25 its req lvl 20, and if it says ilvl 30 its req lvl 25. Just do that on all of them and u will know where u can go.

That just doesn't make sense. For example, Old Hilsbrad Foothills boss Epoch Hunter has a Doomplate Head that says ilvl 19 requires level 15. I have seen that listed as a best in slot for plate wearers on this site. I know im way late in the twink scene, and it doesn't help that the guides are all outdated with nerfed gear, but it just doesn't make sense that if im IN chromie time these dungeons wouldn't all scale to my level even if not in LFG and i manually go in them.

I doubt it, pretty sure everyone uses the quest item with 3 sockets. anyways, im telling u how to check. that you dont like how it works isnt really my problem so ima leave it there.

shows 4 dungeons a 10 can enter

some of the dungeons that show for 20's aren't available thru LFD, but can be done with a higher level with a flying passenger mount or summons to entrance
