TBC Dungeons Drop Gear That Requires Level 30

Been twinking with a Monk, and forgot to gear two of my toons. Went in with a higher level toon to clear out Slave Pens and Underbog. All gear dropping for my level 10, now requires level 30 to equip.

Anyone have a solution for this, or a rationale to why it is occurring? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for responding. Seeing how long it took them to address Legion Legacy Raid difficulty, I hope it gets fixed soon. I really regret not gearing all of my monks before the pre-patch.

Do we have maintenance? I didn't see it in the launcher.

Beta/ptr still have broken dungeons, not sure if they're updating that anymore tho.
