Can we talk about this?
Currently, green items are rolling lower than intended suffixes, and the normal values are currently grandfathered on a lot of items. Some examples of this are 2/2 Wrangler's (only 3/2 and 3/3 should exist), and the inability for 3/3 to roll on new drops. Already, this means older Wrangler's are GF'd along with most green pieces.
On top of this, blue items are rolling higher than intended suffixes, and the normal values are just not as good. Almost every suffix blue suffers from this issue. Charged Gears are suddenly (and only) rolling 7/7, Emissary cuffs now going 6/6, Aquamarine Signets going 13 on single stat (vs 11).
What can Blizzard do here? If they decide to leave things as is, greens are going to skyrocket in price and become unobtanium - perfect twinks will essentially become insanely rare on the spot. If they decide to fix blues, what happens to things like 7/7 rings? Do they force convert them to 6/7, selecting for the "heavy" stat at random?
