    Arena Master - Try to get one arena master as early as possible to get the quest xp out of the way.

    Alliance:
    13 - Pious Legwraps (Optional, especially since leg chants. Dunno for wotlk)
    14 - Tunic of Westfall/Chausses (Not sure anymore. Leg chant makes chausses bad, but tunic is also worse than fang. Pick whatever is good for wotlk? idk)
    15 - Talbar Mantle
    16 - Seal of Wrynn
    16 - Engineer's Cloak
    18 - Arctic Buckler
    18 - Beetle Clasps
    18 - Glacial Stone (Do the delete + restore trick to keep furbolg wand)

    I don't have any quest items not listed here on my pally. In addition to the items on this list, keep an eye out on the AH for 5/5 Eagle pants and chest for healing set. List seems solid.

    As you're on last quest and ready to turn in for glacial, you delete the wand and turn it in. Now just restore the wand on their website. I think that's how I did it.

    I did this last time and it didn't work for me. So that's why I'm unsure now.
