you can get GFed gear from the salvage yard im assuming thats where it came from ive gotten several wendigo collars which have been GFed since wrath for low price on the AH asked the sellers and thats where they said they got them from ive also heard accounts of other GFed gear from level 10-60

drops from the AH boss, got 2 in under 10 mins for under 20g each. but the salvage yard is what drops it
