How many different TwinkInfo sites are there when you try to connect?

There are two. The old version we used to connect to and a new version. Sam do a search for Twinkinfo and the tan colored icon is the one you want. Working for me

Yes. But the instance of "Twink Info" that I previously had connected through does not the version "Twinkinfo" does function properly. Had to switch once you made the fix and all is good now.

I'm using the iPhone app. Yes, as soskanky said, you have yo use the other version. Search Twinkinfo and one with a blue icon as well as one with a beige icon should pop up. Pick the beige one and it should hopefully work.
