Which bracket if any does Survival hunter shine in? I have never played a Surv hunter low lvl and would love to try it out in the appropriate bracket. I am currently 29 tauren Hunter

Dont waste your time with survival shit. MM is the "shit" in BfA for now. Just practice and learn when to use your final-"execute" shots to collect kills.
Im a F2P huntard and I make ~ 25-0 ish every game, just use your Arcane Shot when you must, to finish the guy.
PS: Oh... and the "Crows"! They are really important. Use them as a first click when you see an enemy + "Mortal Wounds" pet.
Crows dont looks like a big shit, but they are! 50% of my killing blows are from the "crows". Just spam them on the new target and you`ll see the difference.
+ crows distract the horde bastard! They are losing control every second - when the crows hit them.
