Sunreaver Onslaught Tabard / Kirin Tor Offensive Tabard

I know of only 3 that have been able to obtain the rep currently. One was a lvl 60 twink, another was a 19 twink on eu, and the last is now a 20 vet twink.

The previous method that made it realistically obtainable no longer works.

Currently, the only way to obtain the tabard appears to be running the weekly dungeon and inside Arcane Trove - Item - World of Warcraft obtained from the end of the daily quest chain (can contain 1-3 Kirin Tor Offensive Insignia - Item - World of Warcraft for 25 rep each)

I have enough of those rep tokens to make a 20 twink exalted sitting on my bank alt, so if you could get a gm to open your mail then realistically you could have the rep.

To my knowledge, the actual scenario was removed from the game as well as the keys dropping from rare mobs. Because of this, the achievements related to <the stormbreaker> that required trove of the thunder king were removed, and put under legacy (gf'd) achievements.

Because of this, unless again, I am mistaken, the 2 sources I outlined above are the only places to obtain rep.
