You don't find the fact you said you want new players to enjoy BGs without F2P twinks, and that you're fine with the bracket not existing to be contradictory?

Blizz could decide to do that without adding any further restrictions. They actively choose not to. F2P are in the same category as expansion capped players. That is, players who do not have the latest expansion, so can not level beyond 85 for example. They have mentioned in the past that F2P being considered XP off was an unintended consequence of this decision, but not one they intend to rectify.
So, while obviously they could do it, and in your opinion, should do it, they won't do it.
You're not solving any problems. No one considers it a problem except you, and no one will do anything you have suggested.
A brand new player playing on a trial account is significantly different than a veteran player playing on a Cata/MoP capped account. The restrictions that exist on trial accounts are unique to trial accounts only and trial accounts should not be treated in the same way as Cata/MoP capped accounts. Naturally capped accounts didn't used to be put into XP off brackets. Blizzard made that change because players were twinking on naturally capped accounts and being put into BGs against levelers. Blizzard should have never put trials in with XP off players, instead just putting more restrictions on Trial accounts.
I see it as a problem because I see lots of the things in Wow as problematic. Even if you don't agree, I don't really care much. I'm thinking about new players and if people want to twink, they should pay $15 a month just like everyone else.
