just say it lvld with the xp squish while going to turn off xp and that alone is usually enough, you can add why u never opened a ticket before that'd prolly help

ya that was pretty crazy.. i dont remember which mount it was, but one of them was still stuck @ 60% i believe. completely forgot about that aspect of my de-level

im honored to accept this world firste.

i think it was the starry flying horse thing i forget the name. i was like first in line for that shit when it was supposed to be limited back in the day. took a 2 hr bike ride to get a prepaid visa card before it was released and then found out they sold it to erry1. still mad to this day.

hmm i don't think its fair of you to claim world first because one dude on a forum says so
 
One thing that worked for me before they loosened up their policies a bit was to have a character transfer reverted. I dinged after the transfer, so reverting it restored my character to 19.

I am curious to know if you had a recent server transfer?

I have been told that they can do it if there has been a server transfer within 3 months. Whether they do it or not... Entirely different story.

I personally don't think that they would... I think it is highly unlikely. I mean if you want put in a ticket and see what happens. You never know :p
 
Yeah it's possible. Plenty of people have had toons leveled at that time reverted.
