Hunters doing stupid damage has been the case since forever tho, it's not a new phenomenon

Yeah, but not nearly as extreme as now... Back in the cata/mop days a lot of bis gear for 20 and 24 was the same, now it is much better gear for 29 and also extra PvP talents and abilities... And grandfathered enchants too. In cata it used to be 6 vs 8 talent points for 20 and 24, in mop it became 1 vs 1 talent point and now it is 11 vs 20 talent points.

Anyone playing 29 in retail is garbage if you see any your only objective as a team should be to ruin them.
If you play a healer don't heal them.
If you end up fighting alongside them ditch the fight or just watch them die before you engage.
Don't help them in anyway.
Let them know they are not welcome unless they play with the same restrictions as everyone else.
They can play any bracket and they choose to pick on restricted f2p.
