I am not poking fun at his level 19 WoW 'gaming skillz'. That isn't my style. I am sure he is good as anyone else at mashing 3-4 abilities and communication with a team. Maybe even a wee bit better.
I meant the 'leadership role' part.
One doesn't simply demand a leadership role. They get asked if they want it.
If he wanted a leadership role he should have built his own team don't you think? Then again, I don't know his situation.
