Debated a couple of people in-game earlier on the basis of stealth detection when scaled in battlegrounds/arenas. I would assume that a 20 rogue would have the same stealth detection as a 29 rogue would when scaled to 29 in instanced pvp. But multiple people argued against that. Disregarding goggles with stealth detection, what's the truth?
This would be something I would be baffled for not knowing this far along into legion. Always felt on an even playing feild when it comes to that specifically.
