Kiting, fake casting, interrupting, etc. are no mechanical skills.
That's your opinion, all the aforementioned things are what require mechanical play

It's not an opinion, it's a fact. That's your opinion, all the aforementioned things are what require mechanical play
It's not an opinion, it's a fact.
The only mechanical "skill" required for WoW is pressing your buttons and due to the GCD that isn't exactly challenging, everything else is decision making / game knowledge.
Actual mechanical skills in games are things like micro'ing in StarCraft or kiting in LoL.
You were talking about improving your mechanics (aka mechanical skill), not your knowledge about game mechanics.mechanic is how something works in a game
casting is a mechanic in world of warcraft
fake-casting is abusing the casting mechanic correctly
Decision making for example is deciding which route you take when FC'ing or what kind of strategy you decide to run against certain combos or players
game knowledge for example is knowing where exactly a rogue is in stealth without actually seeing him
It's not an opinion, it's a fact.

you make decision's out from the knowledge you got about the mechanics
matrix
Is there a point you were trying to make?

Fake casting, interrupting, FC routes are all based on your game knowledge or experience, not on your mechanics.
In this case it wasn't clear since Trialdruid himself didn't even know that there is a difference.Once again, EU thread devolving into a debate on correct word use and grammar. Half of us don't even use English in real life. Fair enough getting it right is important, but we all know what people mean without nitpicking their word choice.
you can never succeed 100% in everything

With respect to making a new ally guild on a diff server, I could definitely manage it in the short term, but it wouldn't be sustainable as Id need to stop playing when I go back to university after Christmas, and I don't want people wasting money on multiple factions / transfers for no reason.
