Back in the day vanilla and tvc I played 29s 39s and a not near bis 19 now I play 24s. I leveled my 29 warrior back in bcqn and now I have a 24 hunter. I have dabbled in the 70s but I don't enjoy having to do all the high level engineering tinkers. With the 19s 24s is the amount of hunters which I unfortunately unknowingly made worse and the rogues in the 39:whatvim wondering is in the fourth nines are there one or two classes that are way overplayed or is it relatively balanced also is there any classes that all bid gear is obtainable

While rogues and mages hit exceptionally hard, the whole bracket hits hard -- 49 burst is legendary, as players will die in 2-3 seconds. With that kind of burst, even warlocks make a difference as CCs have tremendous impact in a high-burst bracket. This all changes in a few weeks anyway, with the coming of the MoP prepatch.

As for classes with all BiS gear still available, not exactly -- some enchantments are grandfathered, but very few players have them, and those that do that are still active, don't use them out of respect to the rest of the bracket. But if being absolutely BiS in the history of twinking matters that much to you as you said in the 39s thread, you'll struggle to find any bracket below 80 without something grandfathered.

Ya I mean I don't mind it in the 24s just ciz no body has it cux it wasn't really a bracket and I'll probably twink alot of monks if that's the case I'll find the most active mid level bracket and twink there
