idk if its bugged, but I'm only seeing scaled items at their original level, level 20, and level 60. If someone were to find an oddly scaled "GFed" item on undermine somewhere hmu.

OK, Brov was right on this. I found the seller and talked to him. It came from a salvage crate, that he only opened a month or two ago. So, BWB still is probably gf'd.

I'm not convinced of anything anymore. I thought Black Widow Band was, but I'm guessing the spider is scaling. This is on WRA-US. Not worth anything, afaik, except proof that it's not gf'd.

I have one equipped on my 60 pally. It's easily BiS at 60
