some things to note

• dont use deadly navigaion, was just testing the enchant. stick to elemental force
• chances are you wont be able to get the 28 ilvl keller's, i'd recommend a dungeon belt, slumbersilk waistcord, or something along the likes
• glorious stats on chest rather than 4 vers is probably the way to go
• may want to rock boa shoulders rather than the swords deck for an enchant if you cant roll good stats on it
• might not want to use the dagger, maybe a bg rare mace with nice stat rolls. I just like the dagger as it fits the mog

EDIT: also, might want to pick another trinket over the inherited insignia if you are a human, just an extra thought

They can do some pretty powerful blanket dotting+ Aoe when you cast void eruption in a field full of targets with SWP

Not sure if this was for level 20 or 29. But here is how you wanna gear for level 29:


Head: Green Lens of (W/e you wanna stack)
Neck: Heirloom Neck
Shoulder: Elder's Mantle of (W/e you wanna stack) -- This is if you use the enchanting bug, alternative heirloom shoulders with enchant
Cloak: Cloak of Rot (Very pricy)
Chest: Mechbuilder's Overall
Wrist: Not too sure, but Durable Bracers of (w/e you wanna stack) Seems best
Weapon: Not 100% sure either
Off-hand: Durable Rod of (w/e you wanna stack)
Gloves: Thristfur Gloves of (w/e you wanna stack)
Belt: Nightsky Sash (12 int - 10 stam)
Pants: Raincaller Pants of (w/e you wanna stack)
Boots: Not too sure, but Scarlet Sandals are close to BiS, or BiS. There might be some 7/10 ones.
Ring 1: Azora's Will (Alternative a ring with secondary stats that benefit you)
Ring 2: Black Widow Band
Trinket: Heirloom trinkets, either haste or SP ones, and for survivability maybe an AGM heirloom trinket.

Hope this helps and give you and direction of what to look for. Getting some of these items can be very hard, but if you strive for having the best possible gear, this is most likely the list.
