2 methods to do it. Nothing has changed.

1. Farm mobs in the southern caves of Zangarmarsh.

2. Open Ethereum Prison Cells (~4,000 keys required) in Netherstorm.

I have done both methods on my 10 twink. Farming the mobs in Zangarmarsh takes usually 8 hours from unfriendly to exalted. The Ethereu keys method takes atleast 3-4 months but you will get all the TBC dungeon rep tabards too.
