Spellpower dagger and rogue [80]

Heya twinkers, I dont know much about rogues but in the past several rogues went with spellpower daggers.
Now lets compare these 80 twink weapons: Scalebreaker Axe - Item - World of Warcraft and Ravenclaw Harbinger - Item - World of Warcraft.

In what spec would the spellpower dagger be better, I guess keeping mainhand the highest dps weapon is the best.
What abilities does spellpower boost, only poisons or bleeds etc?

And one final note, will combat be OP at 80 next patch?

spellpower dagger x2 is a MUST for assas, and atm is has best dmg(from my own experience) both pve and pvp wise(dot up, bllind, vanish and let dots solo kill)

in combat you want agi therefore scalebreaker

sub i would go with scalebreaker aswell since you do the dmg with evis and not backstab
