EU+US % Speed to outrun boss

Not sure if which boss matters. I'd assume all bosses run the same speed (in each xpack)

So my question would be, what percent would it take to run just as fast as boss, or even 5% faster for Arcane mage with 70% speed increase always up. I have a full speed set in the bank I swapped out for leech but I'd swap back some speed if it's a reasonable amount needed. Anyone got the exact number?

You have also account for the distances a boss will cut when you're kiting it in a circle
