Speed Stacking

I know that Boar's Speed doesn't stack with ghost wolf and travel/cat form, but does it stack with https://www.wowhead.com/spell=262232/war-machine? Or does https://www.wowhead.com/item=20182/defilers-lamellar-greaves stack with war machine?

No, boar's speed does not stack with AB boots. I'm pretty sure it doesn't stack with war machine, but I don't think I've explicitly tested that.
