Some questions about hit rating

Hey guys,

I'm a total nubcake when it comes to numbers and hit/crit/...-chances, so I'm hoping someone can enlighten me.

Couple of weeks ago i had the idea to go pickpocket Shifting Mireglob (Shifting Mireglob - NPC - World of Warcraft) for the Oozing Bags and the pet inside of them. Question i have, is it possible to get a hit-gearset to effectively do this? Or is the level gap too big?

If this is possible, what's the gear i'll have to collect?

Honestly, i failed my math exam and I only have 3 hours a week. I still don't quite grasp this subject

Essentially, no amount of hit is going to let you reliably pickpocket the mobs. A max hit set doesn't hurt though, it just happens this level gap is too large.
