Some help with a 19 Twink rogue Please

Alright so as you guys know by post count i am new to this site. I was inspired to make a 19 twink after watching a video yesterday on youtube. So i made my Blood elf Rogue named "Areios"



A lot has changed since Cataclysm has come out and i just need to know what is the BEST gear as if i am going to twink a character it will be fully twinked. I just need to the BiS (Best in slot) Gear for a rogue in each slot. I dont need links just names and i can wowhead it. I got confussed for example the BoE "Shadow Fang" That drops from SFK was apparently "Nerfed" and now isn't worth much to a 19 twink. Sorry if this is too much to ask for but i am slightly excited, and yes, i have already looked around other forums and not found anything.

and as far as shadowfang being nerfed, its still BiS.

your going to want two of those bad boys.
 
Shadowfang is still best in slot, you were maybe thinking of Assassin's Blade that got nerfed. As the OP said, Curleys guide has anything you will need. You could also check my armory, but bandits belt and smelting pants are better than what i has, im just too lazy >.<
 
Ok, so 2 shadow fang it is, my main is going to be constantly at SFK, but how do i get this. I heard it dropped from just the level 21 bosses?

The drop rate is so low that it could take you a year just to get one as its about random numbers :(

Thats not really a help, i will try to farm it but i need to know WHAT it drops off. If someone could tell me this it would be appreciated
 
What they mean is the drop rate is so low that you would be better of farming gold to try and buy it. Not really sure who it would drop off of, think 21+ elites.
 
Yeah i know, but im not able to make that much gold and i dont have the r/l money to realm transfer
