If you have 6+ stacks, and a speed pot, and a speed reduction... doesn't the speed pot help?
For example:
Flag debuff -> reset to 100%
Conc shot -> slow to 50%
Speed pot -> increase speed to 75% (150% / 2, or 50% * 150%)
So why would dashing and speed potting with stacks automatically be bad?
