SoD, 19s/ 39s Bracket?

Been thinking of this a while and recently decided to make one. Non-popping BGs which makes openworld the current target. Is there any chance of making this a thing? How do you guys feel about runes + twinking? If any of you would like to start a small side-project I could help you gear, get runes w/e. I'm playing on Living Flame EU SoD. /w Jdu

Nice! With the new runeupdate twinking will become more available than it already was. No need to worry about lvling doing the runequests anymore I've had fun in STV on my 39 so far ^^

You can now access all of the runes in the game by buying them from a vendor in your Capital / Starting Zone. Earlier you had to explore / quest to retrieve them, which would make twinking at a lower level not as viable since you would get tons unwanted exp. Another addition to the update is that there is no more level requirements for runes, so as I said, you have access to all of them This makes a lot of classes busted at a low level, will try them out the coming weekend.
