@Steamed - Yes, only a few of my IRL friends. Try and set up a server for you and your friends, it's a helluva good time. I still go back and play solo, I deleted all my maps and started from scratch and will see if I can do an LP series which will force me to play solo anyway xD

Unfortunately for me, this game was more addictive than wow. Wow I could quit, but working for 6 hours on the same stupid train station, trying to get the wires to work right just made me close to mental. I bought this game as well, and I must say that what Zuty told me at first is right;
You either LOVE these kind of games, or really find it boring as fuck. Unfortunately for me I like these sort of games and even with the bugs etc, this game is insanely addictive. I had to quit it for wow because it was ruining my days
Btw; Zuty is your server one of them multiplayer servers with survival mode? (Cus last time I played minecraft that was sooooo bugged u couldn't do anything really. Everything just went wrong and bugged.)

I log in to make some gold, empty my mailbox.
Look and see I made 40k gold and thinking about getting on my 80 or xferring my 60. Ask myself what the fuck am I doing with my (video game) life?, and then log off and play Minecraft.

@ Quel - Check out this video and while you are there check out the rest of his videos too. He's got some GREAT stuff.
@ Lind - Yeah, redstone will make you go nuts. My server is a multiplayer survival sever and it can be buggy if a lot of shit is happening at once, but its not as bad as it used to be.
Anyone that has a pirated version, PLEASE let me know if you can get onto multiplayer servers with it.

Pirated versions can get onto multiplayer, but there's no cracked version of the newest minecraft afaik. I'll look into getting the newest one to work since I have both (bought game after trying, money well spent).

Thanks. I still have a few friends who I want to play on the server, but they are iffy on paying for it since they never really played it yet. So giving them a free version that can get on beta servers would be a great way to get them onto the server so we can build the town more.

Get the cracked version and try running minecraft_name.jar from the crack. There's no reason it shouldn't work, and there you have a cracked updated version.
I should open a cracked update server with patched .jars that checks for a newer version and patches it to check my update server instead of official, that way you can just login with any name, still get updates, and you won't need any "cracks", since minecraft_name.jar is only used so your name doesn't cme up as "Person" (which happens when you play offline and you can't have 2 "Person"s on a server).
For now just try running the newest version with minecraft_name.jar from the released crack.
