So how many 19 twink guilds are actually active?

I'm curious if there were enough teams to actually create a league this fall.

One day out of the week when a majority of the players are free, every team will play 1 game/week vs another team till eventually they play everyone 1-2 times (depending on how many teams there are) and at the end a playoff.
or if there was more interest, you can even do arena's instead.

Cool... I can do what I can with my limited schedule. Unfortunately I'm on a boat 1/2 the year working at sea, so the internet is really bad.

But when I am home, aside from weekends, I have all day to do whatever for 3-4 weeks straight.
