Snowdew Multi-boxing 1x Holy Pally, 1x Priest and 3 Hunters

While it isn't illegal, at this low a level certain classes don't have a lot of answers to it. That in essence is unfair, adding to that he is playing the most powerful combo I've seen...

For those of you saying "stop whining", roll an alliance toon on a f2p (or even p2p) and go up against him. It's not fun in the slightest. If it were a rbg where everyone could coordinate properly I could see your point.

I personally take the deserter debuff, as I'd rather wait 15 minutes plus than give that person even one point of honor.

Also you can que for AB instead, since multiboxing isn't a good thing in there.

>roll 24 rogue in a bracket mostly populated by f2p 20s

>get shit on by multiboxer

"I'm goin to forums, this shit is unfair!"

I also liked your tags for this post "cheats" "hax". Yeah, multiboxing is legal, deal with it.

Show me where I said "this shit is unfair!"

Keep up the good quotes bro.

Exactly. It's easy to say "It's easy to beat a multi-boxer" when they've never had to actually do it. I repeat: never.

You don't beat em, you avoid them. Only people new to multiboxing have a true "leader" toon. Most whp have been doing it for awhile will be largely unaffected by the death of one of their toons.

The only real weakness that they have is that all 5 toons have to stay together. To exploit this you either have to have your team avoid them or use a rogue to rotate saps to keep them in a non-critical area.

A group of pugs is unlikely to kill off a multiboxer so avoidance is your only hope for victory. Ideally a 24 (so as not to be seen in stealth) could hold them to turn the game into a 9v5 for most of the match.

Sorry, I should've been more clear that I was referring to cotus and his bitch-fit of a post. It's obvious he's never once faced a multi-boxer. In fact, after re-reading it, it seems like his post is more of a "counter whine" that since the alliance has their advantages (eyepatch, "faction imbalance," whatever) they deserve to contend with a multi-boxer.

I actually agreed with your post, Rivfader, that a multi-boxer can be beat; usually requiring teamwork and communication beyond what can be found in a PUG. In AB, I'm sure it's not as big of a deal since there's more area to roam and you can just avoid him. That and with 5 people all in one spot all the time, you can more easily take the other bases. But I prefer WSG and, if you want to win, you're gonna have to cross his path at some point and it's just annoying that he can insta-gib just about anyone whenever he wants.

Why are you so angry lol ? I'm not mad about this at all, it seems like the people responding in this thread are much more angry and frustrated than I ever was lol ?

Your calling me shit because I don't use Skype in the 20-24 Bracket to co-ordinate kills on Multi-boxers. All my friends and acquaintances have Multi-Gladiator toons, I myself got S8 Glad on my Pally, so go ahead and call me shit because I don't "SKYPE" when I'm bored and log on my 24 Rogue to do a BG.

Go try and solo Heroic Firelands, ohhhh wait ! you need co-ordination for that, to actually form a raid group ? I log over and que for a BG because I'm bored and have spare time, I don't create a premade incase of the odd chance I come up against Multi-boxers. In other words your telling me to go out of my way to beat these guys when I'm just chillin having some fun. " Non-morons" also known as nerds with too much time on their hands that take the 20-24 bracket too seriously lol your trash mate. If me playing casually in the 20-24 bracket makes me a moron that sucks at this game then Sir... I applaud your logic.

in this thread: random idiot world of warcraft player claims that he's a glad arena player, has friends who are all multi-glads

but also thinks that multi-boxing is "cheating" and a "bannable offense"

ladies and gentlemen - world of warcraft twinking and the people who play it

no, shut up, you are terrible, etc etc

i GY camp multiboxers in this bracket

re-read my post again - it's never too late to change your attitude from that of a scrub to that of a competitor

Had to play horde before I actually ever SAW his characters (because as alliance you are killed by the hunters before you can even turn around). He says he uses 6 computers to do it.

And queing AB doesn't help, I've seen him in there. He rushes the bases and the rest of the team stay behind to defend. You can only ever keep one base at a time.

played 3 WSG games with navydew last night. one of them was against 6 (six) alliance 24s, out of 10 total players. i'm talking fully twinked 24s, not some 1200 hp noob. you would think that a team with six fully twinked 24s would be able to handily defeat a bunch of horde scrubs and a multiboxer. nope. we made a point of GY camping them until pretty much all of them AFKd

welcome to the bracket, bads. enjoy your stay

holy shit the crying about multiboxing in this game from noobs just neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever stops

there's nothing at all unfair about multiboxing. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. one player controlling multiple characters is ALWAYS going to be inferior to multiple players each controlling 1 character, by definition

what you are really complaining about is the fact that you and the rest of your team suck too much to individually outplay 1 player who is controlling multiple characters at once. think about that for a second. your problem with multiboxing is that you suck too much to beat it, not that the multiboxer is doing anything unfair or violating any kind of rule

when i play with my friends, and we're all on skype, we too can all kill a target at the same time. we too can instantly know when to heal each other. we too can move around in a coordinated fashion. this is not cheating, this is not unfair - this is actually what non-morons do when they play games, whether it's on the internet or in real life

So in short, just run with a premade and roflstomp everything. Then you can pat yourself on the back at how skilled you are.

that is correct - i am advocating playing as a team in a team-based game

looks like you cracked the code, congrats

Bad troll is bad. But everyone already knew that about you. Just strikes me as funny how it took you 3 days of hard thinking just to come up with a basic Trolling 101 response.

When I ran across this thread the other day I was under the impression that this boxer could not be beat, but since then I've had an enlightening experience.

After a few losses to Navy/Snow in a row we got tired of sitting it out waiting on the games to end and decided we'd try to take this sucker down, just for kicks. A few well placed fear bombs, saps, and a good druid flag carrier later we won 3-0. All we did was attack the boxer nonstop so that they never really got everything together again. It helps if your team is coordinated enough to target the lead (and knows what a boxer is lol) and when the other 5 players on their team aren't especially good, but really once we focused and got down to it, it was so easy it was almost sad that I'd never seen it done before.

Edit: It seems to me that most of what defeats people going up against a multiboxer like this is the mentality; "It's harder to coordinate and deal with this person, so we won't even try." Really when it comes to it the deed isn't as difficult as it seems

damn folks, looks like we have an individual here who isn't a self-pitying weakling

how'd you sneak in here, man?

Actually they dont its 1 24 (p2p)+ 2-3 trial accounts(f2ps). Probs a pain in the ass to multibox though i cant imagine how many runs the multiboxer been thru to get 3x naga battle gloves and 3x bands of serrakis/black wolf bracers. Just remember though there will always be bigger fish in the pond.

Its completely legal, i've personally complained several times about this multiboxer in particular. In short; if you pay for one account, you can multibox trial accounts.

Cotus is right. Multiboxers can be defeated with teamwork. It is definetly not impossible. You honestly cant complain about multiboxing because in reality everyone can do it to. Warshark i would like to know what exp you got on Cotus being a troll since you only have like 10 posts..half of them in this thread. Literally everyone is this thread has gone against SEVERAL multiboxers. Dont assume we havent been there cuz we have..its definetly hard on GOOD multiboxers, but how many times is that going to happen? If you play wsg i can just say one thing. Roll priest and fear XD

It's a shame though, that not everyone on the pug knows how to CC at the right time. You can only hope that mage can sheep the right target. You can only hope that the rogue can sap the right target and hope that everyone waits for the rogue to do so. You can only hope that everyone focus fires the right person. You can only hope a priest will run in and fear them. You can only hope you have a team that has sense of what their class is supposed to do, otherwise just find some people to Q with, because trying to type what everyone needs to do is useless.

It's a shame those 3 hunters/rogues on your team are spread out.. if only they could roam together, they can bring any target down within a GCD. It's really sad how awful people are when you're playing a team based game, but they want to be an individual and then bitch about losing.

This is the reason why premades are essential.
