They are not obtainable untill cataclysm Curley and to answer your question yes they still drop off the second boss

idk though if i should use impish blade and exteremely luckily i can get gloomshroud armor also is impish blade even obtainable atm i cant find the quest lmao and what about the new ranged weapons ive seen http://www.wowhead.com/item=59023 is this obtainable at lvl 19
