Sleeping.

can usually fall asleep in the most random places for a quick nap like in a class, or a public bus or something
That reminds me of when I was pregnant and I couldn't help but fall asleep on the bus to and from work. LOL

Hi tinks, I recently had lots of trouble to fall asleep in the past couple weeks. Yesterday I thought to myself "maybe its cause I go to bed to late..." so I just went to bed early and fell asleep relatively quickly. However, I woke up 2 hours later and never managed to go to sleep. Now I really have no idea of what to do since I can never fall asleep at reasonable hours. Feel free to share your stories/tricks/tips about sleeeeeeepiiiiiiiiiin

Edit: Sorry if what I wrote above isnt written properly or does not make too much sense... Ill let you guess why

I didn't read the thread to see if already suggested, but - https://www.google.com/search?q=melatonin&oq=mela&aqs=chrome.1.57j0l2j5j62l2.2995j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 used to help me a lot, better than sleeping pills.

other helpful things: stretching before going to bed. Taking an Epsom Salt bath before bed. Drinking ~6 strong beers before bed. Clearing your mind while in bed.

oops, that link just goes to a google search for melatonin.

I usually just have a few pills,
Ambien zolpidem, Seroquel quetiapine,Dilaudid hydromorphone, Xanax alprazolam, Desoxyn methamphetamine, codeine and hydrocodone,Adderall mixed amphetamine salts, Laudanum tincture of opium, Oxycotton, Opana oxymorphone.
Just to name a few, I usually find myself asleep within minutes...I then wake up 27 miles from my house a week later wondering how the hell I got there, but at least I get to sleep good. Mhm.
