As the title states, we're recruiting a few people for our RBG team.
The past few weeks our RBG's have not been going as planned though we have been winning, so we think it's time to change our roster and search for some new players
About us: Our RBG team is currently undefeated with a 100% winratio and we would like to keep it this way, hence why we need you. Our guild is called Skey Gaming and resides on Frostwhisper horde and is well known as the most active 70 guild in the bracket.
What we want from you: At this point, we're looking for the best of every class, whatever you may play, we want you to be able to communicate via a microphone through skype, calling out targets, calling out cc, calling out what your doing etc. You need to be able to listen and follow through with tactics and callouts, and last and most importantly YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
We will be holding interviews over skype over the ensuing weeks, and if you can prove you're the right person for our team, you will be given a chance.
What we're recruiting:
2-3 healers ( Knowledge of dispelling as well as being able to play offensive is of upmost importance, bare in mind tazik/synapse is not a must, but ofc is a + )1 disc priest, 1 resto shaman and 1 holy paladin or resto druid is needed
1 rogue (Our current roster of this class is near excellent, we use 3 rogues and right now 2 of them are the best at the class in our opinion, the other 2 rogues are both 2.4+, if you don't exceed these then we are not interested, so bare this in mind)
2 mages (preferably frost, but if you can demonstrate that you're better at another spec convincingly then we will consider it. We expect you to be topping damage charts as well as cc'ing at the right times and of course focusing the right targets.)
1 flag carrier (we're open to any class for this, though you will be second to our current one, the reason why we are searching is that he's been unreliable as of late. Your gear needs to be optimal, your cooldown usage needs to be optimal and most importantly you need dps gear or an offspec which you are excellent at.)
If you meet these requirements: Unable to follow instructions, unable to take constructive criticism, unable to make amens for your mistakes, unable to communicate effectively, unable to be reliable - then please you need not apply
