I think we the new patch heirloom cloak gives no stats at lvl 1

Its BIS cloak for lvl 1's that dont have goblin zone cloak, It BIS for BG set for 10's.
and atm in BfA its turning to 5 stam(probs change but atm) so if it stays 5stam will be worth getting for sure.
