So I'm new to the community and twinking. I'm just curious how stopping my exp gain works exactly. Like could I continue to do quests out of my lvl range to get BiS? I guess I'm just looking for some coaching when it comes to gearing up and viable items such as those from engineering, alc, cooking etc. Thanks for everyones time!

Theres a level limit to how much you can level up your professions / secondary professions.

As for quests yes most likely. If you ever checked on a quest on wowheead you'll notice it has a minimum level requirment to accept.
So whatever you belive that you need look up that quest on wowhead to see if your levle matches.

Okay when it comes to the profession I wanted to do Engin/Alc. I just felt they were the most viable. Also I really want to be a nuesance to people haha. Is that a solid idea or possibly what others do?

29 peaks my interest atm. I've seen active people on the site with toons in that bracket. Personal preference as well. I'll twink 29 with future classes as well.
