EU+US Silenced by a lvl 20 Druid in a BG

Playing a lvl 20 druid myself I was silenced by another lvl 20 Druid in a BG the other day and was wondering how.

Is there a consumable with which I can silence other players? Or how did he do it?

EDIT: The other druid was a pretty new (low hk kill count) ' Kul Tiran '.

Yea I just looked it up. They get that knockback stun. But it was definately a ' silence '. I saw it on 'Replayx ' stream aswell he got ' silenced' by someone too.

No idea who silenced him as he was hunt down by a bunch of players.

U sure there wasn’t anyone else nearby, like a Blood Elf or maybe even a Shammy that can Wind Shear from range?
Otherwise maybe it was a bomb like noted above.

Arcane bomb is definitely OP but not the only bomb that silences or incapacitates your opponent, if you time bombs right you can win some tough 1v1s.

I can craft https://www.wowhead.com/item=16040/arcane-bomb on TolBarad-US, but currently out of gametime.

https://www.wowhead.com/item=16055/schematic-arcane-bomb is a rare world drop from lvl60 (at least MC and BWL) and seems to be sold by at least 30k gold on the Auction House.

The bomb has a fast linear traveling speed (it does not arc) and has a wider area of effect than most bombs but a smaller range than at least https://www.wowhead.com/item=15993/thorium-grenade.

If you are farming https://www.wowhead.com/item=12363/arcane-crystal by mining, your default bomb will most likely become the https://www.wowhead.com/item=15993/thorium-grenade instead of https://www.wowhead.com/item=4390/iron-grenade. That's due https://www.wowhead.com/item=12363/arcane-crystal being a rare drop from thorium veins.

Blood elfs cant silence and neither can shamans.

Belfs cant do that anymore, and shamans can only spell school lock( still a silence, but only for a specific school of magic and wont show up as a silence ) (ie. Arcane locked, Fire locked)
