I updated my ui with power aura's, i dont know if i like it yet, i always have to get used to addons so i'll give it a week before changing back. What do you guys think?
The green is my earth shield on focus target (resets on who i cast it on.) The other shield. The fire is shock. And the white is primal strike (i use the same aura's for enhancement, thats why its noticable in resto set.

So much real estate wasted on buttons. Aside from consumables (which I still click, sue me), you shouldn't need your bars shown.
I also dislike the amount of space occupied by minimap and meters....seems like you wouldn't see as much going on near your character...but I suppose that's just bias. If you could decrease the size of those (or push them over to the side where your now hidden action bars are) and squeeze your unit frames down lower, I'd have no complaints.
my ui v3. accidently my WTF folder. also double posting in necro thread, come at me.

Lose Control
Interrupt Bar-And you can edit this to whatever liking you want. The default are kick, mind freeze, pummel, ect. I removed the ones that don't matter, and I added in pyschic scream, frost nova, wind shear, and shadowstep.

This is my best ss i can find, i do use incoming, and it was not up as of the time of ss taken thought it was a dif SS
If there is a problem with the size, the copy code is not working for me off photobucket( if it comes out wrong, il try to fix it)
I use
Incoming
Healium(life saver as a healer)
Recount
Battlegroundtargets
And i cant stand action bar addons, so i customize my own
I always move me self, target, and focus frames to the center screen, so i can see my buffs/debuffs HP, while keeping my eyes on target
I use 1-=
Alt modifers of those, and F1-F12
It not optimal, but i cant use qwertyasdfg, etc( asbergers)
I always mouseturn(unless i am healing)
As a healer i use /cast@focustarget macro's, and focus the FC/self, but use my mouse for raid healing/dispells, cause its easier to heal a raid with mouseovers/healium(lovin it)
i use w-a-s-d/arrows to move in healing mode

party frames is xperl, and explain to me how im going to click flash heal, or actually anything without a cooldown
