Meh, I figured there'd be one snitch out there to report these. I didn't actually expect these high level gear to be moggable. I just hope they work out all the gear that hasn't been added.

man that sucks. i have it on 3 or 4 low level shamans / level ones but no way of logging in and mogging gear before legion hits.
