From what I know ZG enchants required trade exploits, and were patched. Theoretically Naxx enchants should work as they did before, they didn't make white items bind. However Blizzard could implement it differently, or decide that the enchant is meant to bind to the user and simply change it. So we don't really know yet, but I would recommend if you plan to get the Naxx enchants (I certainly plan to try), get them quickly when Naxx dropped in case they get patched and become grandfathered like the ZG shoulder enchants.
