Should I Play 70'S Again? old twinker

hello most of you probably don't remember me, or even know me but I am Happybunny an old 70 DK twinker.
recently I've been wanting to play 70's again for a while, but I'm un-decisive on whether I should spend money/or not.
looking around on the latest forums posted, the 70 bracket is in a worse state than cata, but I cannot take everything in to account.
all I'd really want is just some feedback on the general overall state of the 70 bracket, queue times for arena etc, and which server is most optimal to play on (EU servers)

DKs are one of the worst classes at 70 right now, though I believe blood is semi-viable.

Overall, the bracket is pretty balanced apart from the domination of shadow priests and prot paladins, which deal a lot of damage and can be very difficult to kill - as well as having an absurd amount of selfhealing.
Arena queue times vary, but 2s seems to pop between instant and 4-5 mins, and 3s is usually at least a 10 min queue.

In the EU, Stormscale horde is definitely the largest 70 community right now.

3s queue isn't that bad, usually only 3-4 min as long as there's a few teams queueing around your mmr.
