EU+US Should I level to 109?

So I recently starting enjoying playing in the 101-109 bracket, but my DH is really lacking in the talents/dps department. Should I level him to 109? I'm only sad because I lose my cool stats .

Don't do it. If anything transfer to a pvp realm if you arnt already and world pvp. Also when xpack drops, u should be able to merk all the shyty levelers
