In a pvp setting, Given the raw power of the resto spec, and given the low activity numbers in the community lately I am pretty unaware of any “enhancement” mains
that said, just like other 20s your BIS items will come from epic/warforged upgrades from warlords of draenor dungeons, upgraded quest epics from TBC dungeons, and vanilla era dungeon epics (iron foe/ savage gladiator chain)
As far as enchantments, the only possible items that can be enchanted currently are rings (bfa era “accord of mastery” or similar enchants) and weapons (bfa era only such as gale force striking)

Can't you enchant other items now? And if we're talking pve? Is there anyone...

The base item level on all gear was elevated during the prepatch, which put most gear out of reach of maximum enchant ilvl maximums. - except for BFA enchants which have a higher maximum ilvl cap

I logged out in ele gear soz, when I get a chance I'll log out in enh shit. That said I defs dont main ele, Ive been resto since wotlk. Sure Im also level 25 but you'd just have gear scaled down to ilvl 87 and the only grandfathered stuff I have is Cats Swiftness on boots and Hurricane on an Ironfoe (unless I put on a trinket like Linkens Boomerang which is an absolutely hilarious disarm/stun)

I was resto when I started farming Plaguefall for an Ooze, then I swapped to help increase the procs of it because casting is
