Shaman Weapons (Switch)

So, clearly i'm still working on my shaman, and i had a question.

I start with Devout Aurastone Hammer +22 int + Forest Buckler +7 stam

After i burn 330 mana, i need a weapon to enchant 30 SP on..

either another Devout Aurastone Hammer or Blessed Hammer of Grace

which will be used with my Forest Buckler+7stam, and then i have Arctic Buckler+5health/mana per5.

What do you think?

Which is better, Devout+30, or Hammer +30

thanks!

.

I think its a question of survivability and utility vs damage and utility.

1mp5 is not huge but can make a tiny difference. Considering your swapping out will mean you are mid fight and the resilience on hammer could matter. The 3 int gives you a tiny more crit and still has stam. They are about the same but hammer seems to have the edge. Due to the 5 second rule.

Devouted Aurastone Hammer (22 Int) + Deadskull Shield (7 Stam)

When you burn through 330 Mana,

Devouted Aurastone Hammer (30 SP) + Forest Buckler (7 Stam)

When you go oom

Evocator's Blade (20 Spirit) + Arctic Buckler (4MP5)

Edit: By the looks of it I'd guess your Alliance, so just start off with a Forest Buckler instead of Deadskull.

Agreed, I keep my arctic with 4 mana (and health!) per5 on most of the time. It also has the highest armor count of ANY shield in the bracket, almost 250 more than forest, which is why I will never use forest buckler. I didnt plan out xp, so I usually start out with a Redbeard's crest if I get in close to melee, then arctic and evoc to pillar hump and regen.

The Blessed Hammer of Grace's 1mp5 is better than the 2 spirit 4 int from Evocator's IMO.
