Shadowmeld --> Stealth?

On nelf druid I noticed Shadowmeld into Stealth (in battle) no longer works. I assume the same goes for nelf rogues now, would someone mind confirming if this is true?

If this is "working as intended," my horde-preferring-based-solely-on-aesthetics self would probably need a few hours to process it...by doing cartwheels in the nearest open space. Then I'd come back & feel like a rat bastard any time I played my buddy's Belf rogue... =/

If that's working as intended it seems 6.1 brought 2 racial nerfs dwarf & NE. plus blizzard I'm sure will enjoy the race change money to human.

Its probably bugged, it has to be. You are supposed to get out of combat when you use shadowmeld ...

I used to meld mind-blasts, sometimes a HoJ, and easily meld a traveling hard-cast (like moonkin's starsurge). That now doesn't work, or apparently I need to relearn melding stuff with more responsive servers, etc. besides meld to /cancelcast their spell.

In order words, are others still able to meld abilities, including both bolt-traveling and instant-hit abilities?

Source? I see the note about dwarf racial putting trinket on 30 sec cooldown, but nothing about smeld.

Not being able to drop combat is a bug. Was a thread on the wow forums about it a day or so back... I'd link it but can't seem to find it now.
